I'm a mindfulness coach and meditation teacher. I specialize in the perception of discomfort and how mindfulness and meditation can allow us to be comfortable with discomfort. The result will be a dedramatization of life events and a capacity to be at ease in a world of unavoidable duality.
I have studied in the monastic field for 6 years and have been practicing as a mind trainer at tanyapura in Phuket for the last 5 Years. I work with people who want to lose weight, who have addictions, experience light depressions, go through periods of anxiety and athletes.
